- Monthly Performance Appraisal Performa: Every month we collect a performance appraisal from our clients where we request the client to rate the quality of our services, my marking Excellent, Good, Average or poor, in admission to the client’s specific remarks if any.
- Client Driven Incentives: Based on the performance appraisal from our clients we give incentives to our workers and field officers, which is over and above their fixed salaries. This is a “Win – Win” situation for all.
